이 약관은 TripAgit(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 여행 일정 관리 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 서비스와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
서비스는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다.
서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 일부 화면에는 숙소·투어 등 예약 제휴사로 연결되는 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다(제9조 참고).
이용 계약은 이용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인함으로써 성립합니다. 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 절차나 비밀번호 설정을 요구하지 않으며, 인증은 전적으로 Google이 처리합니다.
로그인 없이도 서비스 일부 기능을 체험할 수 있습니다. 이 모드에서 입력한 데이터는 서버에 저장되지 않고 이용자의 브라우저(세션)에만 임시로 남으며, 브라우저를 닫거나 세션이 만료되면 사라질 수 있습니다. 데이터를 보존하려면 로그인이 필요합니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스는 비상연락처(지인의 이름·전화번호)나 동행자 초대(이메일 주소)처럼 이용자 본인이 아닌 사람의 정보를 입력하는 기능을 제공합니다. 이용자는 이러한 제3자의 정보를 입력하기 전에 해당 제3자로부터 필요한 동의를 받아야 하며, 이를 이행하지 않아 발생하는 책임은 전적으로 입력한 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 입력된 정보가 실제로 동의를 받았는지 확인할 방법이 없습니다.
공유 링크는 그 링크의 문자열 자체를 아는 사람이면 누구나 열람할 수 있는 방식으로 동작합니다("소지자 인증"). 이용자가 공유 링크를 제3자에게 전달하는 것은 전적으로 이용자의 선택이며, 링크가 의도치 않게 유출된 경우 서비스가 제공하는 "링크 재발급" 기능으로 기존 링크를 무효화할 수 있습니다. 링크가 재발급되기 전까지 발생하는 열람에 대해 서비스는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스는 지도·장소 검색(Google), 날씨(Open-Meteo), 환율(open.er-api.com), 여행지 정보(Wikipedia) 등 외부 서비스를 이용해 정보를 제공합니다. 이 정보의 정확성은 각 외부 서비스 제공자에게 있으며, 서비스는 이를 보증하지 않습니다. 특히 비자 요건·전압 정보처럼 정확성이 안전과 직결될 수 있는 정보는 반드시 공식 출처(예: 외교부, 항공사)에서 최신 정보를 재확인하시기 바랍니다.
서비스의 일정 화면 등에는 숙소·투어·티켓 예약 사업자로 연결되는 링크가 포함될 수 있으며, 이 링크는 제휴 마케팅 링크입니다. 이용자가 이 링크를 통해 예약을 완료하면 서비스가 해당 사업자로부터 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다. 이러한 링크에는 "제휴" 표시가 함께 붙습니다. 제휴 관계가 상품의 가격이나 추천 순서를 왜곡하지 않도록 노력하지만, 이용자는 이러한 경제적 관계가 존재함을 인지하고 이용해주시기 바랍니다.
서비스가 제작한 UI, 디자인, 가이드 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 서비스에 있습니다. 이용자가 직접 입력한 여행 일정·메모·코멘트 등의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 서비스는 이를 서비스 제공 목적의 범위 내에서만 저장·표시합니다.
서비스는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 제공하는 기능의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공이 전면 중단되는 경우 사전에 공지하며, 이용자는 중단 전 제6조 및 개인정보처리방침에 안내된 데이터 내보내기 기능으로 본인의 데이터를 미리 내려받을 수 있습니다.
서비스는 무료로 제공되는 개인 여행 플래너로, 천재지변·불가항력·이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스가 제공하는 여행 정보(가이드, 비자, 전압, 날씨 등)는 참고용이며 그 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다.
이 약관이 개정되는 경우 서비스 내 공지 또는 이 페이지의 개정일 갱신을 통해 알려드립니다.
이 약관의 해석 및 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 서울중앙지방법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.
이 약관은 2026-09-11부터 적용됩니다.
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of TripAgit (the "Service") and its users in connection with the travel-planning service it provides.
The Service is provided free of charge. Some screens may include links to booking partners for lodging or tours (see section 9).
The agreement to use the Service is formed when you sign in with a Google account. We do not require a separate sign-up process or password; authentication is handled entirely by Google.
You can try parts of the Service without logging in. Data you enter in this mode is never sent to our servers — it stays only in your browser's session and may disappear when you close the browser or the session expires. Sign in to keep your data.
You must not:
The Service lets you enter information about someone other than yourself — an emergency contact's name and phone number, or a companion's email when inviting them. You must obtain any necessary consent from that person before entering their information, and you bear full responsibility if you fail to do so. The Service has no way to verify that consent was actually obtained.
A share link works on a "possession equals access" basis — anyone who knows the link string can view it. Sharing that link with others is entirely your choice. If a link leaks unintentionally, you can invalidate it using the "reissue link" feature. The Service is not responsible for any access that occurs before you reissue the link.
The Service uses external providers for maps and place search (Google), weather (Open-Meteo), exchange rates (open.er-api.com), and destination information (Wikipedia). The accuracy of this information is the responsibility of each provider, and the Service does not guarantee it. For information where accuracy affects your safety — visa requirements, voltage standards, and the like — always double-check with an official source (e.g. your foreign ministry, your airline).
Itinerary screens may include links to lodging, tour, and ticket booking partners, and these are affiliate marketing links. If you complete a booking through one of these links, the Service may receive a commission from that partner. Such links are labeled "Affiliate." We try not to let this relationship distort pricing or the order in which options are recommended, but you should be aware that this economic relationship exists.
The Service owns the copyright to its UI, design, and guide content. You retain rights to content you enter yourself — itineraries, notes, comments — and the Service stores and displays it only for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service's features as operationally or technically necessary. If the Service is discontinued entirely, we'll give advance notice, and you can download your data beforehand using the export feature described in section 6 and our Privacy Policy.
The Service is a free personal travel planner. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or by your own fault. Travel information the Service provides (guides, visa info, voltage info, weather, etc.) is for reference only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
If these Terms change, we'll let you know via an in-app notice or by updating the revision date on this page.
Disputes arising from the interpretation of these Terms or use of the Service are governed by the law of Republic of Korea, with Seoul Central District Court as the court of jurisdiction.
These Terms take effect on 2026-09-11.
