1. 개인정보의 처리 항목 및 처리 목적

서비스는 비밀번호를 별도로 저장하지 않고 Google OAuth 인증을 이용합니다. 오류 리포트는 이용자가 별도로 입력하지 않아도 서비스 오류 발생 시 자동으로 전송될 수 있으며, 이 경우 오류 메시지·발생 위치·페이지 경로만 전송되고 이용자가 입력한 내용(폼 값 등)은 전송하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간

원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보는 회원 계정이 유지되는 동안 처리·보관합니다. 이용자가 여행이나 개별 항목을 삭제하면 서비스의 정상적인 삭제 절차에 따라 삭제합니다. 회원이 계정을 삭제하면 이용자가 소유한 여행 및 관련 하위 데이터는 삭제합니다.

다른 이용자의 여행에 작성한 코멘트는 대화의 맥락을 보존하기 위해 작성자 표시를 "삭제된 사용자" 등으로 변경하여 남길 수 있습니다.

장소 검색에 사용된 Google Places 데이터(이름·주소·좌표)는 Google 정책에 따라 30일 이상 경과 시 백그라운드에서 자동으로 최신화됩니다.

다만 관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존해야 하는 정보가 있는 경우에는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관하며, 그 목적 범위에서만 이용합니다.

3. 제3자의 개인정보 처리

서비스에서는 이용자가 비상연락처의 이름·전화번호 또는 동행자의 이메일 주소 등 제3자의 개인정보를 직접 입력할 수 있습니다. 해당 정보를 입력·이용·공유하는 이용자는 관계 법령을 준수하고, 필요한 경우 제3자의 동의를 받는 등 적법한 조치를 취해야 합니다. 운영자는 제3자에게 별도로 동의를 요청하지 않습니다.

비상연락처는 여행 소유자와 편집 권한이 있는 동행자만 볼 수 있으며(보기 전용 동행자는 볼 수 없음), 소유자가 공유 설정에서 해당 정보의 공유를 선택한 경우에만 공유 링크를 통해 노출될 수 있습니다.

바우처 탭의 "PDF 가져오기"는 이용자가 고른 PDF 파일의 글자를 이용자의 브라우저 안에서만 읽어 입력칸을 미리 채웁니다. PDF 파일과 읽은 글자는 서버나 외부로 전송·저장하지 않으며, 탑승객·투숙객 이름은 읽지 않습니다. 저장되는 것은 이용자가 확인 후 저장한 바우처 입력값뿐입니다.

4. 여행 일정 및 공유 정보의 보호

여행 일정은 여행 시기와 장소를 통해 개인의 이동계획이나 자택 부재 가능성을 드러낼 수 있으므로 접근 범위를 최소화합니다.

• 로그인한 이용자의 여행은 원칙적으로 해당 이용자에게만 공개됩니다.
• 공유 링크를 통해서만 다른 사람에게 공개할 수 있으며, 지출·체크리스트·바우처·메모 등은 별도의 공유 설정에 따라 공개됩니다.
• 공유 링크는 추측하기 어려운 임의의 문자열을 사용하며, 링크를 아는 사람은 공유 범위에 포함된 정보를 열람할 수 있습니다.
• 이용자는 공유 설정을 끄거나 링크를 재발급하여 기존 링크를 무효화할 수 있습니다.

5. 개인정보의 파기

보유기간이 끝났거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구·재생이 어렵도록 삭제하는 방법을 사용하며, 관계 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 정보는 별도로 분리하여 해당 목적에 한해 보관한 후 파기합니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

법령상 제한되는 경우를 제외하고 정보주체의 권리 행사를 지체 없이 처리합니다. 대리인을 통해 권리를 행사하는 경우 정당한 대리권 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 외부 사업자와 직접 거래하거나 공유 기능을 이용하는 경우에는 이용자의 선택에 따라 필요한 정보가 해당 제3자에게 제공될 수 있습니다.

8. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 외부 서비스 이용

서비스 운영을 위해 개인정보 처리를 외부 서비스 제공자에게 위탁하거나 외부 API를 통해 개인정보 또는 서비스 이용 관련 정보가 전송될 수 있습니다. 실제 처리 범위는 기능별로 필요한 최소한의 범위로 제한합니다.

Supabase 데이터베이스의 프로젝트 리전은 ap-northeast-2입니다. 다만 외부 서비스는 제공자의 글로벌 네트워크·서버를 통해 요청을 처리할 수 있으므로 국외에서 정보가 처리되거나 이전될 수 있습니다.

9. 개인정보의 국외 이전

서비스는 글로벌 외부 서비스와의 연동 과정에서 개인정보 또는 개인정보와 결합될 수 있는 정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다. 국외 이전이 발생하는 경우 개인정보 보호법에서 정한 적법한 이전 요건을 적용하고, 이 방침을 통해 이전 관련 사항을 공개합니다.

위 표의 국가 정보는 각 제공자의 인프라 변경에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 정확한 국가, 법적 이전 근거 및 제공자의 최신 개인정보 처리 조건은 실제 연동 계약과 각 제공자의 최신 정책을 기준으로 정기적으로 확인하여 갱신합니다.

10. Google Maps 관련 안내

서비스는 Google Maps Platform을 이용합니다. Google 지도 관련 서비스에는 Google의 관련 약관 및 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.

11. 쿠키 및 브라우저 저장소

서비스는 광고 목적의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공 및 이용자 환경 설정을 위해 브라우저 저장소를 사용할 수 있습니다.

서비스는 방문 통계를 위해 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용합니다. 쿠키나 기기 저장소를 쓰지 않으며, 방문한 페이지 주소·유입 경로(referrer)·브라우저 종류·국가·페이지 로딩 속도를 집계용으로만 수집하고 개인을 식별하거나 추적하지 않습니다. 로그인 계정 정보와 연결하지 않습니다.

12. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치

• HTTPS를 통한 통신 암호화
• 데이터베이스 Row Level Security(RLS)를 통한 접근권한 통제
• 서비스 자체 비밀번호 미보관 및 Google OAuth 이용
• 비상연락처 등 정보의 기본 공개범위 최소화

13. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령대의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 법적 근거 없이 제공된 사실을 알게 된 경우 문의처로 알려주시기 바랍니다.

14. 개인정보 보호책임자 및 문의처

개인정보 침해에 관한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(국번없이 118) 등 관계 기관을 이용할 수 있습니다.

15. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

법령, 서비스 또는 개인정보 처리 방식의 변경이 있는 경우 변경 내용을 반영하여 본 방침을 개정합니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 시행일 및 변경 내용을 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 알립니다.

2026-10-13 개정 내용(예약 확인서 원본): 예약에 확인서 원본(PDF · 사진)을 보관하는 기능 추가. 이용자가 보관을 고른 파일만 저장하며, 올린 사람이 "같이 가는 사람" 또는 "나만" 가운데 누가 열 수 있는지 정합니다. 공유 링크에는 나가지 않습니다.

2026-10-13 개정 내용: "제휴 문의" 창 추가. 문의를 보낼 때 적은 소속·이름, 답 받을 이메일, 문의 종류와 내용을 문의에 답하는 데에만 쓰며, "의견 보내기"와 같은 방식으로 보관합니다. 로그인하지 않아도 보낼 수 있습니다.

2026-10-12 개정 내용: 여행 사진(앨범) 기능 추가. 이용자가 올린 사진은 기기 안에서 긴 변 1600px로 줄여 저장하며(원본과 위치 등 부가 정보는 올리지 않음), 같은 여행의 일행만 볼 수 있습니다.

2026-10-11 개정 내용: 프로필 사진 기능 추가. 처음에는 사진을 쓰지 않으며, 이용자가 내 정보에서 켠 경우에만 로그인 계정의 사진 주소 또는 직접 고른 사진(기기 안에서 256px로 줄여 올리며 원본과 위치 등 부가 정보는 올리지 않음)을 저장합니다. 사진과 고른 얼굴 색은 같은 여행의 일행에게만 전달되고 공유 링크로는 전달되지 않습니다. 직접 고른 사진은 이용자가 바꾸거나 "사진 없이"로 되돌리거나 계정을 삭제하면 지웁니다.

2026-10-10 개정 내용: 저장(장소·코스·도시), 직접 고른 다녀온 나라, 지출의 새 항목(적은 사람·내 예산·내 환전 기록·공금·정산 송금 표시·이름만 적은 일행), 내 정보의 이름·얼굴 색·알림 설정을 처리 항목에 추가. 혼자 쓴 "나만" 지출은 본인과 적은 사람만 볼 수 있게 바뀌었고 공유 링크에 나가지 않습니다. 기기 저장 항목(최근에 본 가이드·지도 앱 선택·내 통화·공유 카드 옵션) 보완. 샘플 여행은 구경만 하는 예시로, 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

2026-10-09 추가: 여행 대화의 "안 읽은 사람 수" 표시를 위해 대화를 마지막으로 본 시각을 저장합니다.

2026-10-08 추가: 카카오 로그인을 제공하는 경우, 이용자가 카카오 동의 화면에서 동의한 항목(이메일 주소, 닉네임, 프로필 사진 주소)과 카카오 계정 식별자를 카카오로부터 받아 회원 식별과 이름 표시에 씁니다. Google과 같은 이메일로 로그인하면 같은 계정으로 연결됩니다. 탈퇴하면 이 정보도 함께 삭제되며, 카카오 쪽 연결 해제는 카카오 계정의 '연결된 서비스 관리'에서 할 수 있습니다.

2026-10-08 변경: 문의 및 개인정보 보호책임자 연락처 이메일을 [email protected]으로 바꿨습니다.

2026-10-10 추가: 일행이 내 장소·후보에 "가고 싶어요"를 누르면 알림에 그 사람의 이름과 장소가 표시됩니다(같은 여행 사람에게만, 최근 14일). 내 정보에서 이름 표시를 끄면 "누군가"로 표시됩니다. 공유 링크 방문자는 이름 없이 표시됩니다.

2026-10-08 추가: 일정의 장소와 후보(날짜를 정하지 않은 장소)에 "가고 싶어요·글쎄요" 반응을 남길 수 있습니다. 로그인한 이용자의 반응은 계정에 연결되어 저장되고, 공유 링크에서 로그인 없이 남긴 반응은 이름 없이 저장됩니다. 이때 한 기기에서 한 표만 세기 위해 브라우저에 무작위 값(localStorage)을 두며, 서버에는 그 값과 접속 IP를 되돌릴 수 없게 해시한 값만 저장합니다. 화면에는 반응의 개수만 표시되고 누가 남겼는지는 표시되지 않습니다. 반응은 해당 장소·후보 또는 여행이 삭제되면 함께 삭제됩니다.

2026-10-07 추가: 여행도구의 기본 "내 나라"를 브라우저 언어로 정하기 어려울 때 Cloudflare가 판단한 접속 국가 코드(IP 주소 아님)를 쓰고, 이 기기(localStorage)에 7일 기억합니다. 직접 고른 나라가 있으면 그것을 씁니다.

2026-10-06 개정 내용: 트리플 일정 옮기기(트리플 공유 링크를 붙여 넣으면 운영자 서버가 그 공개 일정 페이지를 한 번 읽어 장소·날짜·시각·메모만 돌려줌, 링크와 내용은 저장하지 않음) 추가. 지출 기록에 결제 방식(카드/현금) 항목 추가. 카드 승인 문자를 붙여 넣어 지출을 추가하는 기능은 문자를 기기 안에서만 읽고 서버로 보내지 않으며, 가맹점·금액·통화·날짜만 지출로 저장(카드 번호·이름·누적 금액은 저장하지 않음). 게스트 모드 일정의 임시 사본(2시간)과 AI 일정 가져오기에서 남은 장소 목록(하루)을 기기 저장소(localStorage)에 두는 것을 반영. 붙여 넣은 글과 PDF는 기기 안에서만 읽고 서버로 보내지 않으며, 장소 이름만 Google 지도 검색에 쓰입니다.

2026-10-01 개정 내용: 방문 통계(Cloudflare Web Analytics, 쿠키 없음) 사용과 수집 항목을 구체적으로 명시. 홍보 게시물 링크로 들어온 경우 그 게시물을 가리키는 짧은 꼬리표(예: th-osaka-1, 개인을 식별하지 않음)를 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 30일간 두고, 그 기간에 만든 여행에 함께 기록해 어떤 게시물이 도움이 됐는지 집계합니다.

2026-09-29 개정 내용: Google 로그인 중에 로그인 확인값과 게스트 모드 데이터 사본을 기기 저장소(localStorage)에 잠시 두는 것을 반영(로그인 완료 즉시 또는 15분 뒤 삭제).

2026-09-28 개정 내용: 소유자가 공유 설정에서 메모 공유를 켠 경우 메모 카드(작성자 제외)도 공유 링크로 공개될 수 있음을 반영, 브라우저 저장 항목(편집 중 입력·로그인 확인용 임시 값 등) 보완, 공유 링크에서 바우처 예약번호는 앞 일부만 표시하고 예약 링크·메모는 공개하지 않음.

2026-09-23 개정 내용: 메모 카드·저장한 준비물 목록·바우처 상세 항목(탑승객·좌석·수하물 등) 처리 항목 추가, 비상연락처 열람 범위(편집 권한 동행자 포함) 정정, PDF 가져오기의 기기 내 처리 안내, 브라우저 저장 항목 보완. 이전 방침(2026-09-11 시행)은 문의처로 요청하시면 제공합니다.

1. Personal Data We Process and Purposes

We do not store a separate password and use Google OAuth authentication. Automatic error reports may be sent without any action from you when the Service encounters an error; in that case only the error message, its location, and the page path are sent — never content you typed into a form.

2. Retention

We generally retain member data while the account remains active. When a user deletes a trip or item, it is deleted through the Service's deletion process. When an account is deleted, trips owned by that member and related underlying data are deleted.

Comments posted on another user's trip may remain with the author label changed to "deleted user" to preserve conversation context.

Google Places data used for search (name, address, coordinates) is automatically refreshed in the background if it is more than 30 days old, per Google's policy.

Data that must be retained under applicable law is kept for the legally required period and used only for that purpose.

3. Third-Party Personal Data

Users may enter third-party information such as emergency-contact details or a companion's email. Users must comply with applicable law and, where required, obtain consent or take other lawful measures before entering, using or sharing such information. The Operator does not separately request consent from the third party.

Emergency-contact information is visible only to the trip owner and companions with edit access (view-only companions cannot see it), and may be exposed through a share link only when the owner enables the relevant sharing option.

The Vouchers tab's "Import PDF" reads the text of a PDF you choose entirely inside your browser to pre-fill the form. The PDF file and its text are never sent to or stored on a server, and passenger/guest names are not read. Only the voucher fields you review and save are stored.

4. Itinerary and Sharing Protection

Itineraries may reveal travel timing and location and potentially the absence of a person from home. We therefore minimize access.

• Logged-in trips are private by default.
• Other people can access trip information only through sharing controls, and expenses, checklists, vouchers and notes are separately controlled.
• Share links use hard-to-guess random strings, but anyone who knows a link may access the information included in that link.
• Users can disable sharing or reissue a link to invalidate the previous link.

5. Destruction

Personal data is destroyed without undue delay when the retention period ends or the processing purpose is achieved. Electronic files are deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery. Data retained under law is segregated and destroyed after the legal retention period.

6. Data Subject Rights

We process requests without undue delay except where restricted by applicable law.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for advertising. Information may be disclosed when a user chooses to use sharing features or transact directly with an external provider.

8. Processing by External Providers

To operate the Service, personal data or service-use information may be processed by external providers or transmitted through external APIs. Processing is limited to what is necessary for each function.

The Supabase project region is ap-northeast-2. External providers may process requests through global infrastructure, so information may be processed or transferred outside Korea.

9. International Transfers

Because the Service integrates with global external providers, personal data or information that may be combined with personal data may be transferred outside Korea. Where an international transfer occurs, the Operator applies a lawful transfer mechanism under applicable privacy law and discloses the relevant transfer information in this policy.

Provider infrastructure and processing locations may change. We will update this section when the actual integrations or applicable transfer conditions change.

10. Google Maps

We use Google Maps Platform. Google's applicable terms and privacy policy may also apply to Google Maps services.

11. Cookies and Browser Storage

We do not use cookies for advertising. Browser storage may be used to provide the Service and remember user environment settings.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit statistics. It uses no cookies or device storage; it collects the page address, referrer, browser type, country and page-load performance for aggregate reporting only, does not identify or track individuals, and is not linked to your account.

12. Security Measures

• HTTPS encryption
• Database access controls using Row Level Security
• No separate Service password storage; Google OAuth is used
• Restricted default visibility for emergency-contact information
• Least-privilege access for personal-data processing

13. Children Under 14

The Service is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that such data has been provided without an appropriate legal basis, please contact us.

14. Privacy Officer and Contact

For privacy-related complaints or consultations in Korea, users may also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center at 118.

15. Changes

We may update this policy when laws, the Service or data-processing practices change. Material changes will be announced through the Service or this page with the effective date.

Addendum

This Privacy Policy takes effect on October 13, 2026.

Changes on October 13, 2026 (original booking confirmations): you can now keep the original confirmation (PDF or image) with a booking. Only files you choose to keep are stored, and the uploader decides whether trip members or only they can open them. They never appear on share links.

Changes on October 13, 2026: we added a "Partnership inquiry" form. The company and name, reply-to email, inquiry type and message you enter are used only to answer the inquiry and are kept in the same way as "Send feedback". You can send one without signing in.

Changes on October 12, 2026: we added trip photos (album). Photos you upload are resized on your device to 1600px on the long side before upload (the original and metadata such as location are not uploaded) and are visible only to people on the same trip.

Changes on October 11, 2026: we added an optional profile photo. No photo is used by default. Only if you turn it on in My info do we store either the photo address from the account you signed in with, or a photo you choose (shrunk to 256px on your device before upload; the original and metadata such as location are not uploaded). Your photo and chosen face color are shown only to people on the same trip and are not included in share links. A photo you uploaded is deleted when you replace it, switch back to "No photo", or delete your account.

Changes on October 10, 2026: we added the following to the data we process — saved items (places, courses and cities: name, address, coordinates and your note; visible only to you; for places obtained from Google, the name, address and coordinates are cleared after 30 days and fetched again when opened), countries you mark as visited (country code and optional year; visible only to you), new expense data (who entered an expense, your personal budget and your currency-exchange records, which only you can see; shared-fund collections; "received / sent" settlement marks; and the names of companions who do not use the app, visible only to people on the same trip), and profile settings (display name, avatar color, notification preferences, when you last viewed notifications, and whether your name is shown on reactions). An expense that is only for yourself can now be seen only by you and the person who entered it, and is not included in share links. When a companion taps "Want to go" on a place, the notification shows their name and the place to people on the same trip for 14 days; you can turn off showing your name in My info, and share-link visitors are shown without a name. Browser storage additions: recently viewed guides (cities and courses), your choice of map app for directions, your home currency for exchange-rate display, and footprint share-card options — kept on this device only. Sample trips are view-only examples and are not stored on our servers.

Added on October 9, 2026: we store the time you last opened a trip's chat to show how many people have not read a message yet.

Added on October 8, 2026: where Kakao login is offered, we receive from Kakao the items you agree to on its consent screen (email address, nickname, profile image URL) and your Kakao account identifier, and use them to identify your account and show your name. Signing in with the same email as Google links to the same account. This information is deleted when you delete your account; you can disconnect the service on Kakao's side under "Connected services" in your Kakao account.

Changed on October 8, 2026: the contact email (including the Privacy Officer) is now [email protected].

Added on October 8, 2026: you can leave a "Want to go" or "Not sure" reaction on places and ideas (places without a day yet). Reactions from signed-in users are stored with their account. Reactions left through a share link without signing in are stored without a name; to count one vote per device we keep a random value in your browser (localStorage), and the server stores only irreversible hashes of that value and of your IP address. Only the number of reactions is shown, never who left them. Reactions are deleted together with the place, idea or trip.

Added on October 7, 2026: when your browser language does not tell us your home country clearly, the travel tools use the country code Cloudflare determines for your connection (not your IP address) as the default "home country" and remember it on this device (localStorage) for 7 days. A country you pick yourself always takes priority.

Changes on October 6, 2026: added "Move from Triple" (when you paste a Triple share link, our server reads that public itinerary page once and returns only places, dates, times and notes; the link and its contents are not stored). a payment method (card/cash) field was added to expense records. Adding expenses by pasting card payment texts reads the texts only on the device and never sends them to our servers; only the merchant, amount, currency and date are saved as expenses (card numbers, names and running totals are not saved). a temporary copy of guest-mode trips (2 hours) and the list of places left over from an AI itinerary import (one day) may be kept in device storage (localStorage). Pasted text and PDFs are read only on the device and never sent to our servers; only place names are used for the Google Maps search.

Changes on October 1, 2026: the use of Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free visit statistics) and what it collects are now stated specifically. If you arrive from one of our promotional posts, a short tag naming that post (for example th-osaka-1; it does not identify you) is kept in browser storage (localStorage) for 30 days and recorded with trips created in that period, so we can count which posts were useful.

Changes on September 29, 2026: while a Google sign-in is in progress, the sign-in check value and a copy of guest-mode data may be kept briefly in device storage (localStorage) and are deleted as soon as sign-in completes or after 15 minutes.

Changes on September 28, 2026: memo cards (without the author) may be shown via share links when the owner turns on memo sharing; browser-storage items (unsaved edits, temporary sign-in verification value, etc.) clarified; share links show only the first few characters of voucher confirmation numbers and never show booking links or notes.

Changes on September 23, 2026: added memo cards, saved packing lists and detailed voucher fields (passenger, seat, baggage, etc.); corrected who can view emergency contacts (includes companions with edit access); described on-device processing for PDF import; clarified browser-storage items.
